Building a unique extension begins with good design, uses solid construction skills and uses the best and most appropriate materials. Quality workmanship is the feature of many good building companies and architectural practices, but our integrated design and build ethos ensures that the work we do is always undertaken by us. From the very first sketch until the final lick of paint there is no duplication and no need for architects, planning consultants or interior designers.

 

If you are looking for an extension build our design and planning service is completely free of charge and once we’ve talked to you and worked through your exact needs we can advise on aspects of the design, elements of the build and any necessary planning requirements. We then work with you to produce 3d visuals on how your project will look and the space and shape of how your proposed extension will integrate within your existing home.

 

Once we’ve worked with you to get the design just right, we will produce a fully itemised quotation which includes all labour and materials and a build timetable which will let you know each stage of the build process, the dates at which each stage will be completed and how the project will take shape. We will also provide information on areas like building and material performance, U-Value calculations and interior planning details such as flooring and kitchens.
